THE MERCY OF GOD

The mercy of God is portrayed throughout Scripture and throughout history. It is incomprehensible, undeniable, infallible, and unerring. How blessed we are to be the recipients of God's bountiful mercy. Take a few moments and thank God for His mercy that is:

ETERNAL

~ Psalms 52:8 But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God: I trust in the mercy of God for ever and ever.

GREAT

~ Psalms 57:10 For thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds.

CONTINUING

~ Psalms 66:20 Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.

PLENTEOUS

~ Psalms 86:5 For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.

EVERLASTING

~ Psalms 100:5 For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

ENDURING

~ Psalms 136:1 O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

HIGHER THAN THE HEAVEN

~ Proverbs 16:6 By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the LORD men depart from evil.

& UPHOLDING ~ Proverbs 20:28 Mercy and truth preserve the king: and his throne is upholden by mercy.
