THE CURE FOR STRESS

The stress of life can at times seem overpowering. Frequently stress is of our own doing. When we sin, we bring the stress of painful consequences upon us. Stress also comes when we fail to trust God for help. Our help comes from the Lord, and to receive His help we must look to Him and His Word. One place to look is Psalms 121:1-3

" 1 I look up to the mountains does my help come from there? 2 My help comes from the Lord, who made the heavens and the earth! 3 He will not let you stumble and fall; the one who watches over you will not sleep."

We must learn to call on Him, cast our cares on Him and cling to Him. He has promised to never leave us or forsake us.
