Heavenly Father, You are Soverigen and know all things. Everything that You allow to come into our lives is for a purpose, and for our good. Please help me to learn the lessons you have for me when I face the "valley experienes of life." And may I always look to you for my help, joy and peace. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you. Ephesians 4:32
Dear Lord, You are the supreem example for every situation. When you were beaten, mocked and put to death, Your great love forgave us, undeserving as we are. Thank you Lord. Help me to kind, tenderhearted and forgiving of others because of the way You have forgiven me. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. 1 Peter 5:7
Thank you Father for the promise Your Word gives to me. Your Word makes it very clear. I am to "cast my cares on you," and you will "care" for me. Thank you for the "specifics" You give. I am not to cast "some" of my cares, but "all" of them on you. May I never withhold my cares and try to work them out on my own, but look to You to bear them. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Psalms 37:4
O Heavenly Father, help to to always delight myself in you. You alone can and will satisfy the longsings of our heart. You have promised to give me the desires or requests if I delight myself in You. So, Lord, equip me to delight in you. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. James 1:17
Dear Father in heaven, how I thank you for the abundance of your grace and mercy to me. Thank you that you are the giver of all things. May I never cease to give you the praise, glory and honor that you are so worthy of. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Heavenly Father, you have commanded that we preach the gospel to every creature. That may be in my own neighborhood, or on the other side of the world. Help me to always be sensitive to your leading. Equip me with Your words as I talk to others. Prepare me to give an answer to all for the hope that is within me. Bring people into my path daily that I can share your goodness with. Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. Joshua 1:9
Dear Lord, just as you commanded Joshua to be strong and courageous, you also gave him the promise that you would be with him where ever he went. Thank you that you will do the same for me. Thank you that you always keep your word. You are the God who never changes. In Jesus's name, Amen.

Dear Father in Heaven, you tell us that we will be accountable for every idol word we speak, so please guard my lips, keep the door of my mouth. Let everything I say bring honor to your Holy name. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer. Psalms 19:14
Father, may my words be seasoned with salt. Help me to speak only truth and those things that are acceptable in your sight. Help me to remember that everything that comes from my lips should be a reflection of all that you have done for me. In Jesus' name, Amen.

How I praise you Father for your continued presence with me, whether on the mountain top or in the valley. You have not promised a life without problems, but you have promised to walk with us step by step. In Jesus' name, Amen.
No Good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. Psalms 84:11
Dear Father, you give us instrustions and commands throughout your Word, and then you equip us to follow them and show us the "how to's" of them. Help me to walk in a way that brings honor and glory to you. Thank you for the promise that you will not withhold any good thing from me if I walk in this way. In Jesus' name, Amen.
O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. Psalms 34:8
Thank you Father for your goodness. Your goodness is incomprehendable. Thank you for the blessing you promise to us when we trust you. Help me to put my trust in you and not in self. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27
Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for sending your Son who is the giver of peace. The worlds kind of peace is only temporary, but Your peace is eternal. So, dear Lord, help me remember that peace and not allow myself to be troubled or afraid. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Quit you like men, be strong. 1 Corinthians 16:13
Thank you for the strength you promise throughout your Word. Thank you for equipping us with your armor. Help me to depend on your strength daily. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass. Psalms 37:7
Dear Father, there are times that seem difficult to rest, wait, and not fret because of our human frailty. Yet, Lord, help me to always be aware of your presence and realize that you are Soverigen in every situation. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:7
Precious Heavenly Father, thank you for your wonderful Word. Thank you for the instructions and promises you give. Thank you Lord Jesus for your own personal example of using Scripture to the devils temptations. May I always submit to you and not allow the devil to tempt me. Help me to fill my mind with your Word and to use your Word against the devil. Thank you for the promise that he will "flee" from me when I submit and resist him. In Jesus' name, Amen.
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. Psalms 23:1
Thank you Father for being my shepherd and providing for all my needs. You are concerned with every detail of my life and have promised to be with me right to death. What a comfort to know that I am never alone...you are always right beside me. May I never take for granted all of your goodness to me. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Thank you that "whosoever" calls to you for salvation will be saved. You will not exclude any one who genuinely calls out to you. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Thank you Father that you love us and are not willing that any should perish, but that all will come to repentance. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Psalms 23:4
Thank you for the promise to your children that you will go with us right to death. As we face death, we don't need to fear, because you are walking with us through that valley. We are blessed to know that absent from the body, means present with you. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear Lord Jesus, just as you were willing to go to the house of Zacchaeus, a hated tax collector, you are willing to abide in our hearts. Thank you that you paid the price for my sins so that I can be your child. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
